Any questions that the couple may have, will be answered. This consultation can take place over the phone or in person.
~Expert Planning Consultation- $150
This consultation is for the couple that wants to plan their wedding, but don't know where to start. The package is a consultation with your wedding coordinator to discuss the style of your wedding. In this meeting, your wedding coordinator will help you work out suitable contacts that fulfill your requirements. Your coordinator will then get back to you with a list of recommended contacts. It is then up to you to contact them, source quotes and do the organizing yourself. This is perfect for the couple that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing a full services package. The Expert Planning Consultation time is a minimum of 1 hour. Additional assistance with obtaining further contacts can be arranged for $40.00.

This package is for the couple who wants guidance with all aspects of the wedding planning. With this package, your wedding planner will:
- Schedule initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
- Unlimited phone (excluding long distance) and email availability
- A minimum of three planning meetings between clients and planner
- Assistance in preparing a budget
- Prepare a schedule/timeline & checklists
- Assist with site tours
- Assist with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
- Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories
- Accompaniment to fittings if desired
- Provide a list of preferred vendors
- Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors
- Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are timely
- Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services
- Assist with the choosing of invitations
- Ceremony planning
- Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
- Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
- Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding

~The Rehearsal & Wedding Day Planning Package
This combo package is designed to relieve extra stress for the engaged couple and family by having us handle every detail, so you can enjoy your special day. Your wedding planner will:
Rehearsal
- Consultations with bride and groom on their wedding design and flow
- Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
- Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to two hours)
- Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set up on wedding day
Wedding Day
- Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Attend, oversee and direct the ceremony and reception (minimum 2 hours)
- Receive deliveries and greet vendor
- Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned
- Assist with handing out flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
- Provide wedding emergency kit
- Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle.
- Help photographer get the pictures you want
- Making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
- Make sure reception area is set up as planned
- Arrange grand entrance
- Handle any problems that come up with caterer
- Make sure things are running on schedule
- Make sure all vendors receive final payments as needed
- Coordinate & collect wedding gifts to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
- Collect cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged spot
- Make sure transportation is running on time
- Provide a stress free day for the bride and groom
